Michael Raysor has a complete knowledge of the New York City real estate market, and a keen ability to analyze spaces, calculate pricing, and use current statistics to his buyers' and sellers' advantage. Specializing in all areas of Manhattan, he relates to every client by first understanding their needs and comfort level. Michael then works hard to orchestrate and negotiate the best deal possible based on the specific budget, location and property type.

'I don't just do real estate, I live real estate,' says Michael, who is passionate about his work, and genuine in his desire to help clients. 'I believe in educating buyers by comparing housing and neighborhoods during our search, so they get a realistic picture of what's out there. Prior to real estate, Michael gained extensive sales insight and client relations expertise working in marketing and public relations for several years. He is a born and raised New Yorker, and a BA graduate who studied English, Theater and Music at college in North Carolina. Michael currently lives in Midtown Manhattan right by the pier. When not busy showing properties, he enjoys practicing his golf swing at Chelsea Piers, and smoking a cigar on a Friday night while reviewing market trends.
