Mio Aracena is a native New Yorker whose admiration of New York City begins with its architecture. For Mio, every neighborhood is seemingly different than the other and every landmark from the well-traveled Brooklyn Bridge to the lesser-known Apthorp building, displays the city’s splendor. The skyline views and city parks, the bright lights and architectural landmarks combined with a mixture of the most amazing people has inspired Mio to pursue a career in real estate.
It was the late novelist, John Updike who once famously said, “The true New Yorker secretly believes that people living anywhere else have to be, in some sense, kidding.” Mio’s mission is to help her client discover or rediscover what it means to live in such a beautifully designed city. As a real estate market expertise, she will guide and consult her clients to help them meet their needs. Mio listens to her client’s requests and uses her thorough knowledge of the real estate market to help better guide her clients in their quest for the perfect property. She is her client’s trusted advisor and friend every step of the way.
Mio graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Environmental Studies from St. John’s University. She is a naturalist and writer at heart who continues to explore this brilliant and ever-changing city.
