Since then, he has built a successful real estate investment portfolio, including luxury properties in Southampton and Nassau County. As both a property owner and landlord, he brings firsthand knowledge of investing, ownership, and property management, allowing him to offer practical advice grounded in real-world experience.
In addition to his real estate background, Nikhil has developed extensive financial and relationship management expertise through his career in banking. During his time at JPMorgan, he advised high-net-worth clients on banking and financial solutions, sharpening his ability to analyze complex financial situations, manage significant transactions, and deliver exceptional client service.
