Since arriving in the United States from India almost 30 years ago, the throughline of Nivedita’s professional experience has been an ardent desire to pursue her interests. After a degree from FIT and building a successful career as a graphic designer (all while being a mom to two young children), she followed her dreams of working in the fashion industry. Building a beautiful home that serves as sanctuary has always been a core tenet in Nivedita’s life, and it is this astute awareness of the market that first interested her in investing in real estate.
