Nuno Franco is the first Nest Seekers broker based out of Portugal and the country's Managing Director.

For 15 years, he has been breaking the mold in the Portuguese real estate market with his unique and authentic approach to client service for buyers or those wishing to sell a property.

Nuno is a property expert who can give buyers that key buying edge when looking for real estate in Portugal, as he creates access to any property available on the market that meets their requirements. He is committed to helping buyers to make the right purchase at the right price, in the right place, making sure that they’re on the right path to having a truly rewarding experience. He is a trusted advisor to his clients, who return for multiple property buys.

For sellers, Nuno acts as much as a marketing agent as a sales agent. Nuno provides full property exposure to premium international qualified clients and his strategies aim for the best achievable price in the shortest time possible, using an online and offline advertising and marketing campaign that creates visibility, hype, and a market for the property on hand.

Nuno is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and is currently learning Swedish. He has a university degree in International Relations and Political Sciences, lived in South Africa, Brazil, and Spain, did an internship in Miami, U.S.A., and has an international personal and professional background that ensures that he understands your needs and concerns.

When not discovering amazing properties for his clients or promoting and selling Nest Seekers Portugal unique listings, Nuno likes outdoor training, enjoys the beach, cooking (he's a foodie that sees himself as an amateur chef), wine tasting, and traveling.
