My cousin and I found Nurie to be our agent in finding the perfect place in NY. Our requirements were quite specific in terms of asking for a doorman, in unit laundry, modern unit, and a safe and convenient area. Those requirements are a lot to work with. Other agents I worked with showed me places I wasn’t comfortable with nor had the amenities I requested. When we met Nurie, I was anxious to find the right place. The first apartment she showed us had EVERYTHING. She was kind and sincere and made sure we weren’t rushed and highlighted all aspects of the unit. She even went out of her way by showing me the area (I’m from the west coast so I had no clue). That same day, she was ready with laptop on hand to begin the paperwork process which I sincerely appreciate because I was in a rush to get back to LA. She is honest, has good intentions and knows the NY market. I promise you the 8 other agents were hungry to make money off me, but you can tell when you meet someone like Nurie she is not like that at all! I recommend Nurie 100%.
