Paulo Cadima

Born and raised in Portugal, Paulo Cadima is an entrepreneur at heart and his methodical and easy going demeanor allow him to create great rapport and long lasting relationships with clients.

He brings to the table over 25 years of sales and big accounts management in the telecommunications and real estate industries. Since 2016 he ventured in his own company focusing on Land properties and Luxurious Villas.

Paulo loves the thrill of outdoor sports like mountain biking, skateboarding, rafting, diving, snow boarding, and is always ready to go on a new adventure. In his early years he entered in swimming competitions and then he moved on to triathlon events. Traveling and new cultures are always a big thing for him but you can also find him in the kitchen creating a great meal and a spicy cocktail.

Spending time with his family is mandatory as he has recently fulfilled his dream of becoming a father.

Aside from his native Portuguese language, Paulo is fluent in English and has great knowledge of French and Spanish.
