Pazit is a licensed real estate advisor with Nest Seekers International, serving as a member of the Global Wealth Office at the firm’s Park Avenue headquarters in New York City. Known for her client first approach, Pazit guides buyers, sellers and investors with clarity and insight.

With a professional background spanning international nonprofits, the arts and higher education, Pazit brings a sophisticated and strategic perspective to real estate. She is committed to helping clients navigate important decisions with confidence and ease, ensuring each step of the process is clear and thoughtfully managed.

Pazit holds four academic degrees earned across three countries, including a Doctor of Education from Columbia University, an MBA in Media Management, and a BA in Art History. Her global academic experience, combined with her diverse professional journey, informs her analytical mindset and refined understanding of lifestyle driven decisions.

Prior to real estate, Pazit held senior leadership roles at esteemed institutions including the 92nd Street Y, Columbia University and American Friends of Soroka Medical Center, where she worked closely with philanthropic leaders on strategic initiatives and development. She is also the founder of The Path to Impact, a boutique consultancy advising executives and organizations on purposeful leadership, legacy building and intentional living.
