Peyton Yen

Peyton Yen is an experienced real estate advisor and a member of top-performing sales team, The Shemesh Team, which has ranked among the Top 10 Teams in sales volume nationwide since 2003.

Coming from an international background, Peyton was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and grew up in Shanghai, China, graduating from Shanghai American School (Puxi). Peyton received a BA in Economics from Barnard College of Columbia University. She started her career in real estate while still a student, going from first helping students find rooms to selling Brownstones in Brooklyn and New Development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn - her passion for helping people and making efficient matches has stayed true. She loves working with first-time home buyers, renters, international buyers and investors, families buying for children, and the many followers she has on Tiktok and social media (@realpeytonyen).

With every client, Peyton is known to bring her comprehensive market knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail, organization, and relentless work ethic.
