Robert Lambert, founding partner of the Montauk, New York-based Montauk Management Group, is a 15-year Hamptons resident. Robert has developed a personal relationship with this once-sleepy fishing village; his passion for Montauk began years ago, when he spent several summers overseeing the East Hampton Town Lifeguards as Assistant Chief, and a Lieutenant of the volunteer Ocean Rescue Squad.
In 2010, Robert began his first entrepreneurial endeavor, acquiring a Master Plumbing license and beginning Montauk Plumbing and Heating. Since then, he has built his company into a local and recognizable brand that the community can rely on. At the urging of clients who had recently completed new construction projects and needed assistance maintaining their investments, Robert founded Montauk Management Group. Using the New York State Home Inspector License as his model, he developed a method of servicing high net-worth homes and clients while maintaining impeccable service standards. As Montauk Management Group has expanded, it has become a competitive, full-service home management company. Leading to the division of real estate sales as one of its many services, offering clients the full home purchase and maintenance package.
