Nest Seekers is a leading residential and commercial brokerage firm based in Manhattan, with global offices in twenty-three different metropolitan areas. Ruth’s unique professional experiences enable her to thoroughly understand her clients’ needs, to strategically market listings for selling clients, recommend suitable properties for her buying clients, and connect investing clients with the right development and investment opportunities. The end goal of her efficient and effective methods is helping her client to make the best decisions on a timely manner.
As Ruth says, “Selling or purchasing real estate properties are involved with most people's major investments. I want to help people with my professional knowledge, using skilled resources and streamlined services to save them time and reduce involvement in paperwork. My clients should focus on their own proprieties and do what they are most valuable at rather than spending unnecessary time dealing with the aspects of real estate. My team and I are experts in the real estate field, and we will do research to make strategic recommendations for our clients for their consideration. This will provide them confidence and a foundation to make their best decisions.“
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ruth was a Senior Financial Analyst on Wall Street, and a Business Advisor specializing in strategic planning and financial management consulting for SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises). She has also been an instructor and facilitator (in Mandarin) for WE (Women Enterprises) Master Leadership. She has resided in the New York metropolitan area since 1996 when she graduated from Pace University with an MBA in financial management; she also holds a BBA in accounting from Jiatong University in Beijing.
