Shasha Shin

Before becoming a real estate consultant, Shasha pursued golf professionally. After obtaining her certification from the Korean LPGA (KLPGA), she worked as a golf instructor and began her career in Dubai as a teaching professional.

Through years of interacting with clients on the golf course, she developed exceptional communication skills, enabling her to connect naturally with clients across multiple domains, including both real estate and golf.

Shasha is highly numerate and leverages her analytical strengths to provide consulting services across rentals, secondary market transactions, and off-plan properties. Her experience extends beyond Dubai, having successfully sold off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi as well. She is recognized for her ability to anticipate market trends and assess the future potential of diverse real estate markets.
