Stephen is a distinguished Naval NCO and entrepreneur. While in the military, Stephen served in Spain, where he supervised harbor security operations for the installation; his diverse team had oversight of the harbor security aspects of fourteen warships. Learning to work with such an eclectic group was a challenge, but thanks to exemplary leaders and mentors, he learned how to adapt to any situation that he faced.
During his off time, Stephen served as the Station Chairman for the American Red Cross, Service to the Armed Forces. With that position, he acted as the Volunteer Representative for Spain and Portugal. With that position, he both countries in the regional conferences in Italy. Because of his superior performance, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and was selected as the Junior Sailor of the Year.
When Stephen was not occupied with his duties, he traveled throughout Europe. During his tour in Spain, he had the opportunity to visit numerous countries, which resulted in tremendous personal developments. Stephen obtained a certification in Wine and Spirits from WSET in London and established an understanding of the socio-economic conditions in several countries.
Following his naval service, Stephen moved to New York City to pursue an undergraduate degree in Economics at Fordham University. He has become a member and affiliate of several prestigious organizations such as the Carnegie Council, The Naval Order, The Navy League, United Nations Association of New York and New England Society. Stephen was a Youth Representative at the United Nations and currently advocates for ethics in international affairs and business as a Carnegie New Leader and as a Veterans in Global Leadership Fellow. Additionally, he is a Managing Member of Dombroski-Ferguson Group LLC, a company that specializes in acquiring residential real estate.
