Zak Sylvester is Director of Sports Investments at the Private Client Group at Nest Seekers International, where he advises elite athletes, UHNWI, family offices and strategic partners on property investment opportunities across global markets.

Over the last ten years, Zak has built his professional foundation within his Father’s high performance psychology practice. Working closely with world champions, elite athletes and business leaders, Zak knows first hand the mindset, discipline and purpose that sits behind sustained excellence. He appreciates the importance of integrating the psychological demands of high performance with wellbeing. His EA5 Guided Audio App is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with joy, purpose and direction.

As a black belt martial artist, Zak is passionate about fitness, storytelling and travel. He has built a high level of trust with elite athletes through his documentary filmmaking, mind-body workshops and retreats across the world, particularly in the Caribbean, Mexico and Thailand.

Now Zak focuses on advising clients within the Private Client Group, on their global real estate investments, with a focus on branded luxury developments. His work reflects the Private Client Group’s wider vision of connecting elite sport capital and real assets in a way that is meaningful and future focused.
