Let's talk about your NYC Apartment Search

I was sitting in a pizzeria in Brooklyn one day, thinking about the real estate market and where the business is going.

When suddenly I had a quick thought to ask a stranger next to me a question.

"May I ask you a question?" I said.
"Yea, of course, What's up?" She replied.

I explained to her that I was a real estate agent and then I asked:

"How would you find an apartment right now if you were looking for one?"

She immediately replied "Craigslist"!

So here are a few tips on how to make this process easier and it's a simple one too: Work with an agent!

Why? I'm not being biased! I swear.

I am a real estate agent but it saves you the headache for a few reasons; Continue reading on Lenny Burdier's website.
