The Film Report Z

This is the movie blog correlating new listings on the market to those famous scenes from movies that brought influence to our lives in NYC. Holly Golightly was a major standout on that list. The film character lead was created within the iconic Breakfast at Tiffany's. She lived in a small rented apartment on the Upper East Side, between Central Park and the East River, with her cat. She spends her nights out on the town and her days sleeping off the hangover from the night before. The address she resided at was specifically 169 East 71st Street, Manhattan, where I have many new listings right down and/or around the block. On 71ST I've got a one bedroom/one bathroom $2,600 with washer/dryer, recessed lighting and beautiful moldings. The kitchen comes with granite countertops and cherry cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is built with lovely marble stone. Pets are allowed so bring your cat. Available September 1st for 12 or 24 month lease. This beautiful property will get rid of the "mean reds".

Shown by appointment or Open House. Call or text Zoe to set up your viewing. I am delighted to welcome you home. 917-704-8022.
