Katerina Boura

My name is Boura Katerina, I am 25 years old and originally from Athens. I hold a degree in Tourism Studies from the University of Piraeus. I have built my professional experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Concierge and Reception Agent at a 5-star hotel in Chania, Crete. I then advanced to Team Leader of the Concierge Department at the prestigious W Costa Navarino Resort, part of Marriott’s W Hotels brand, in Messinia, Peloponnese. Most recently, I expanded my international experience by joining the Dubai Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah as part of their taskforce team during the winter season.

I am passionate about delivering high-level guest experiences, leading teams effectively, and continuously developing within the luxury hospitality sector.
