Chelsea Clinton and the Astor Courts estate where she held her wedding
The 50-acre Rhinebeck, N.Y. estate where Chelsea Clinton held her wedding last weekend, on the market since last September, has just dropped its Sotheby’s International Realty listing broker, according to the Wall Street Journal. The $12 million Astor Courts property, which was built in 1904 for John Jacob Astor IV, has certainly had more exposure than your typical for sale by owner. On top of the media frenzy that descended on the town for the event, hundreds of wealthy wedding guests viewed the estate up close, in what, for the owners, could have served as a massive open house.
