Mark Ritchken says he specializes in unique and quirky listings. It’s hard to believe him until you walk through one.

His latest is a quaint house on W. 44th St. off 10th Ave. You don’t think much of the address, until you get there. This stretch of 44th in Hell’s Kitchen is one of those city streets that outshines others. Two blocks from Times Square, it’s a quiet island away from the millions of people on Broadway.

“It’s amazing that this house is in the middle of New York City,” says Ritchken, sitting in the garden. “We’re two blocks from Times Square and all you can hear is the chirping of birds[...]"
