In the spring of 2022, this mythical mansion ("Le Château") will reopen its doors after 4 years of renovation that have restored the property to its neoclassical splendour. Built in 1919, this sumptuous mansion is today a witness to a world-renowned era, thanks to its decorations, ornaments, facades and roofs, all of which are characteristic of the great palaces of the Belle-Époque. Immortalised in Alfred Hitchcock's film To Catch a Thief (1955) with Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, the Château is a tribute to the glory days of the French Riviera. This Florentine-style residence has a surface area of 2820m2 (total area with annexes 3868m2)and 16 bedrooms. The property consists of 5 floors but also a separate penthouse and two cottages. The interior of the mansion has been furnished with the finest materials. The ballroom, reception, office and dining room can accommodate a total of 200 seated guests. In the basement, you will find everything you need to entertain your guests: a cinema, bowling lanes, a club, arcades, etc. The gardens of the Château cover 11 hectares and offer a unique 360 degree view of the Bay of Cannes, the Lerins Islands and the snow-capped mountains of the Alps. The Italian garden is a masterpiece of symmetry that inspires calm and romance. The 36-metre long infinity pool on the south side of the Château stretches out over the Mediterranean to create an infinite blue effect. In 2018, Chopard used this magnificent setting to welcome VIP guests for their "Secret Night" during the Cannes Film Festival.
