James Barry

A native New Yorker and a member of the Masters Division at Nestseekers, a top producing new development team in NYC with an international reach.

Before real estate, James played football for 17 years, at Poly Prep & Susquehanna University. Football eventually took him overseas to Finland to play professionally. After a few injuries, he decided to pursue other passions and took his work ethic, focus, and drive from the field to the world of real estate & sales. James worked in tech sales before real estate, where his success led him to hiring, training, and building out his own sales teams for growing start ups. In 2018, James began his real estate career and has completed sales in multiple boroughs in NYC focusing on resale, land, and new development. In his free time, James enjoys creating and helping others.

He is a Board Member for Autographs for Autism, a non-for-profit org that helps local NYC families and children with learning disabilities. He also enjoys flying his drone around NYC and creating engaging content. James's athletic background, knowledge of sales and marketing, his love for creativity and passion for service, combine as the perfect blend to give his clients the best real estate service possible.
