Penthouse duplex is 4,137 square feet, with 470 square feet on the terrace. 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and tons of walk-in closets. He is also in contract to sell 300 Central Park West (The Eldorado) his 3000 square foot 22nd floor apartment.
BEN STILLER
Ultra modern "green" home, at 10 Stable Way, was inspired by the Pompidou Center in Paris. He and wife, Christine Taylor are looking for a New York home to raise their two children, Ella and Quinlan. He checked out a stunning 4500 sq ft all glass and steel home on Cornwall-On-Hudson that is asking $3.45 million. 4 bedrooms & 3 baths and features exposed steel beams, air ducts, heating shafts, radiators and staircases. Deck has 360 degree views of the Hudson. House uses specialized glass w/ thermal insulation that is more efficient. Ed Doering bought the house for $2.475 million.

The co-anchor of GMA sold her home at 240 Riverside Blvd (The Heritage), an Upper West Side designed by Costas Kondylis for $2.525 million. 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 15,86 square foot apartment with Hudson River views and a private balcony.
