St. Regis recently unveiled two spectacular units at St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach Miami. The two-tower property, which is set for completion in 2027, has already broken ground and generated millions in sales and is developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group (the developers behind Fendi Château Residences). They tapped architecture firm Arquitectonica, interior design firm Anastassiadis and landscape architect EDSA to transform the property into the pinnacle of luxury in Miami.

The property is located at 18801 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, just north of Bal Harbour on a barrier island. No matter what unit you purchase, each comes with unobstructed ocean, city and Intracoastal Waterway views.
