whistleblower representation practice. He was previously an assistant director
in the enforcement division at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

John Perkins, 52, joined the corporate and investment banking arm of RBC

served as senior managing director and co-head of real estate investment
banking in the Americas for CBRE Capital Advisors.
James Patrick Heidbreder, 39, joined as a managing director in the U.S. health care investment banking group. He was formerly managing director and head of health care services investment banking at FBR Capital Markets.
