Antonio Nocerino is trying to score a big payout at the Leonard condominium in Tribeca.

The Italian soccer star put his condo unit at 101 Leonard Street on the market for $2.3 million, three years after buying it for $1.87 million, according to brokerage Nest Seekers International. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad spans 1,275 square feet.

Nest Seekers International’s Johnny Mansilla has the listing.

Nocerino is currently without a team after his contract at MLS club Orlando City expired. The 32-year-old midfielder previously played for several Italian clubs, including AC Milan, and West Ham United in England, earnings 15 caps for the Italian national team.

Italian developers Bizzi & Partners converted the property, formerly known as 350 Broadway, into a 66-unit condominium after buying it for $53 million in 2012.
