Nick Loeb, fiancé of America’s highest-paid TV actress, Sofia Vergara, is on the move. On Monday he was spotted moving into a luxury apartment at the swanky Milan Condo on East 55th Street, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. Loeb is renting an apartment in the same building where Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio filmed “The Wolf of Wall Street.” The sprawling 5000-square-foot penthouse of real estate moguls Rotem Rosen and Zina Sapir-Rosen served as the fictional home of high-flying financial criminal Jordan Belfort, played by DiCaprio in “Wolf.” Episodes of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Gossip Girl” have also been filmed in the building. A lower-level penthouse just went on the market there for $6.5 million, with “Million Dollar Listing” broker/reality star Ryan Serhant. Vergara was yesterday shooting her sitcom “Modern Family” in Los Angeles, but Loeb is based and works on his condiment line Onion Crunch in New York. Loeb had previously been living in a penthouse duplex apartment in Chelsea.
