The most expensive residential listing in Brooklyn on the market is a 10-bedroom mansion in the Mill Basin neighborhood, while the most expensive listing in Queens is a three-bedroom penthouse condominium at the View in Long Island City.
The information was provided by residential listings website Point2 Homes, and covered residential homes as well as co-ops and condos.
Brooklyn’s top listing is a gated compound with two homes and 257 feet of water frontage. The property, at 2458 National Drive, is asking $30 million. Corcoran Group brokers Leslie Marshall and James Cornell have the listing.
The next most expensive listing is a three-bedroom triplex penthouse condo at the Clock Tower in Dumbo. Frank Castelluccio and Aaron Lemma of Corcoran have that listing, which is for $18 million. The unit features a wraparound staircase and a three-story private elevator.
The third most expensive Brooklyn listing overall is a 50-foot wide limestone mansion at 105 Eighth Avenue in Park Slope, asking $15 million. That was followed by another Park Slope limestone, at 646 2nd Street, listed with Karen Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty and asking $14.5 million. The fifth priciest was a Park Slope townhouse at 45 Montgomery Place asking $14 million; Raphael De Niro of Douglas Elliman is listing it.
In Queens, the top properties on the market are far less pricey than in Brooklyn. The top Queens listing is a 2,100-square-foot condo with a wraparound terrace at the View at 4630 Center Boulevard in Long Island City. Silvette Julian of NestSeekers International has the listing, for $5.4 million. Next was a seven-bedroom, 4,200-square-foot home at 65 Tennis Place in Forest Hills, Queens, listed by Robert Hof of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Those were followed by a Tudor estate at 5 Point Crescent in Malba, Queens, asking $4.8 million. Douglas Elliman broker Maria Carr has the listing. Rounding out the top five are houses at 55 and 60 Exeter Street in Forest Hills, asking $3.9 million and $4 million respectively. Robert Hof of Sotheby’s has the listing for both.
As for the priciest new listings in March, a Brooklyn Heights townhouse at 67 Cranberry Street listed for $6.8 million topped the charts in Brooklyn, while the aforementioned condo at the View in Long Island City held the title in Queens. William Costigan and Jennifer Schwartz of Douglas Elliman have the Cranberry Street listing.
