Robert Wagner, the 77-year-old veteran actor of movies and television, was in Sag Harbor last week filming a commercial for the Senior Lending Network's reverse mortgage program.

Nancy Grigor of Hamptons Locations, which scouts for film and commercial shoots and special events - says the two-day shoot was done at a five-bedroom house on Noyac Bay. The Hamptons-style dwelling was designed by Mattituck architect Frank Notaro.

Wagner has played many roles, including a recent stint as the eye-patch-wearing No. Two in the "Austin Powers" trilogy. He is married to actress Jill St. John and was twice married to star Natalie Wood.

Grigor says the director was inspired to rewrite some dialogue for the ad after seeing the homeowner's 1949 Ford convertible outside the home. The new tagline? "Some things just get better over time."

HOME ALONE. Architect Peter Cook, Christie Brinkley's estranged husband, has bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath Federal-style house on Fresh Pond Road in Sag Harbor. He paid $1.375 million, a source says. The seller was William Wackermann, publisher of Glamour. The listing agent was Charlotte DePersia of the Corcoran Group. Cook is also a real estate agent for Brown Harris Stevens, which represented him in the deal.
