All these famous people have one thing in common: they have sold or bought a house through Nest Seekers , the luxury real estate agency that has decided to open its headquarters in Italy in Milan . The brand is a giant: it has 1,600 agents, 35 offices and is famous for having created several reality shows broadcast on Netflix , the BBC , Hbo and Discovery .
On August 6 , the first episode of the Craxy Rich Agents series was aired in the United Kingdom on the BBC and was the most watched show in prime time. In Italy , the Milan office is managed by Luca and Sara Traverso , who are already working on a TV series set in the Bel Paese. “I enthusiastically embraced this American format which is also enjoying enormous success in Europe”, explains Luca Traverso. Nest Seekers has handled the purchase of some of the most expensive homes on the planet. A Bel Air road has sold the most expensive house in the history of the Los Angeles market, for the sum of 102 million dollars. While in the Hamptons , on Long Island, he concluded the sale of a 118 million mansion . In 2022, for Chiara Ferragni she took care of the immense villa in West Hollywood of over two thousand square meters and worth 2.2 million.
The Milan office is located in via Andrea Appiani 25 and manages the buying and selling of luxury homes and villas throughout Italy, including many destinations coveted by VIPs such as Lake Como , the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, and Puglia. An office was also inaugurated in Capri on 8 August and the one in Naples will open in mid-September.
