Could "Million Dollar Listing New York" star Ryan Serhant cross over to "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" to compete with Josh Altman, Josh Flagg and Madison Hildebrand? Possibly. In an interview with Life & Style magazine, posted on Monday, May 26, Ryan hinted that viewers may see him selling real estate right next to the Pacific Ocean soon.

When asked about the rumor that he will cross over and film with the Los Angeles realtors, Ryan didn't exactly deny it. He said that while he can't conform or deny the rumor, viewers should continue watching the show "because anything is possible." Ryan's employment may very well take him to Los Angeles and its environs because his employer, Nest Seekers International, has a new office in Beverly Hills.

While viewers have seen Ryan get into very heated arguments with his co-stars, Fredrik Eklund and Luis D. Ortiz, he assured Life & Style that he sounds worse than he actually is. He said that he does everything with a wink and a smile and that most people get his sense of humor, adding that he simply likes to have fun and add some spice to life. Ryan showed off some of that sense of humor when he posted a funny photo on Instagram showing him, Fredrik and Luis fighting and in shock after filming the season three reunion.

Ryan may also make an appearance on "Shahs of Sunset." One of its stars, Mike Shouhed, has just joined Nest Seekers International. On Monday, May 26, he excitedly posted the firm's announcement of his addition on his Facebook page. He wrote that he's making big real estate moves and that he can't wait for fans to see what's coming in season four of "Shahs of Sunset," making sure to include the hashtags "#nestseekers" and "#luxuryhomes."

Ryan Serhant and Mike Shouhed aren't the only Bravo celebrities employed by the firm. It also employs Marisa Zanuck, who was a friend of the housewives on season three of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
